The Journal of Science and Nutrition (REDCieN) is a scientific journal sponsored by the Mexican College of Dieticians A.C. It publishes original articles, author's opinions (reviews), systematic reviews, editorials, technical reports, conference manuscripts, and poster abstracts of academic-scientific events related to nutrition and health. This special edition, Volume 15.EE1, publishes the proceedings of the VII International Congress of the Mexican College of Nutritionists and the X Ibero-American Congress of Nutrition of the Ibero-American Alliance of Nutritionists, entitled "Nutrition, Sustainability, and Artificial Intelligence in the 5.0 Era." The special edition includes 41 abstracts of research papers presented at the congress as posters, an activity led by REDCieN under the coordination of L.N. Nancy Valenzuela and Dr. Edna Nava.
